POST:                                     Financial Controller
JOB PURPOSE:                     Financial Management for R4H, Business Development lead & Project Management
SALARY:                                FTE
HOURS:                                TBA
LEAVE:                                 20 days holiday per annum which is pro-rated for any employees working less than 40 hours per week
ACCOUNTABLE TO:             Chief Operating Officer (COO)
RESPONSIBLE FOR:            Credit Controller
Professional Responsibilities 

  • Lead the development of proposals, presentations and bid submissions for new funding/opportunities for R4H.
  • Nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • To develop/build upon strong relationships and networks with both the local communities in which we operate and wider stakeholders.
  • Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities and align to overarching strategy for growth and development.
  • Provide strategic financial planning for R4H.
  • To manage the day-to-day running of the R4H finance.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial information for the COO on a Monthly basis.
  • Ensure value for money is obtained in the purchase of goods and services.
  • Work with the Administration lead to manage and develop the R4H brand, including developing and growing the business reach.
  • Ensure that communication is clear and efficient within the business, as well as external stakeholders.
  • To be responsible for the compliance of the business, ensuring the properties and facilities are both safe and clean.
  • Line manages the Maintenance team.
