Feedback lets us know whether we are getting things right or if we need to do things differently to improve our service.
Feedback can come from clients, tenants, external agencies or the friends and family of the people that we are supporting. We are also keen to receive feedback from our collaborators and supporters.
If you want to give some feedback that may be positive or negative and don’t want to write it down, please speak to a member of staff who will write it for you.
We will aim to get back to you to let you know the outcome within 5 working days of getting this form. If we can’t get back to you then, we will tell you why. If you want staff to help you complete the form please ask. You could also ask any other person to help you.

Our emergency on-call service covers every type of accommodation we provide, and it gives commissioners and service users the vital peace of mind that comes from knowing we’re available 24/7 at a moment’s notice. A trained staff member will answer the call, and they’ll either handle the emergency over the phone, on site in person, or by directing the caller to the right agency or service. Please call 01772 439 061 for any out of hours services including Anti Social Behaviour or emergency repairs.
