Our Supported Accommodation
Ready4Home operates across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. We provide supported accommodation for individuals who qualify for our services. Above all, we pride ourselves on creating safe and welcoming homes for people in need of housing. In addition, our supported accommodation gives clients a secure space and stable foundation from which to rebuild their lives. For example, some clients may be recovering from substance misuse. Others may need support after experiencing homelessness, domestic violence or sexual exploitation. As a result, we tailor our support to each person’s individual needs.
Making Homes out of Houses
We have a range of different properties starting from single apartments to larger houses of multiple occupancy. Where we place our clients is based on a in depth referral and risk assessment process which determines the best property for their needs.
We primarily house single males, females and families. Every client is assessed on their own merit and placements are carefully planned for the benefit of internal and external residents.
Supported Accommodation
At the present time, Ready4Home offers a range of supported accommodation across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire. In particular, our accommodation includes both shared houses and self-contained units. Furthermore, all our accommodation is modelled on the success of our initial properties. Specifically, these properties are located in Salford, Oldham, Preston, Chorley, South Ribble, Wigan, Rochdale and Tameside. Above all, we ensure that every home includes the essentials our residents need. For example, we provide beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, tables and chairs. In addition, we supply white goods and appliances, including a fridge, cooker, toaster and kettle. However, furnishing a home with these essentials involves a considerable upfront cost that many residents cannot afford. Therefore, we provide these items to give our clients the best possible start and help them succeed.
Supported Exempt Accommodation
Ready4Home provides Supported Exempt Accommodation across Greater Manchester and Lancashire, supporting individuals with suitable accommodation and housing-related support. We provide Supported Exempt Accommodation in:
