Complaints lets us know how we can improve our services and do things differently.
Complaints can come from clients, tenants, external agencies or the friends and family of the people we are supporting.
If you want to make a complaint and don’t want to write it down, please speak to a member of staff or call 01772 439 061.
You can tell us about any complaint you may have. We will respond in accordance to our Complaints Policy.
