I started working for Ready 4 Home in December 2021having worked for Wigan Social Services for 12 years and with Asylum Services for 17 years, due to the passion I have for helping individuals access safe, stable, and supportive accommodation. As Allocations Director, I oversee referrals and placements with a focus on fairness, transparency, and compassion.

With experience of working alongside local authorities, support teams, and community partners, I ensure that each placement meets the unique needs of the individual while maintaining compliance and high operational standards. I am committed to promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive long-term outcomes for those entering supported accommodation.
