“I know what it feels like to be unsafe and uncertain – and I’m committed to helping others find stability, dignity, and a place to belong.”

My decision to join Ready4Home comes from my own story. I was once a refugee, so I understand what it’s like to feel vulnerable, displaced, and desperate for a real chance to start again. That experience stays with me, and it’s what drives me to make sure no one who comes to us feels ignored or alone.

In my role, I focus on using technology and better systems to make things smoother for our staff and the people we support. I genuinely believe that when things work well behind the scenes, it becomes part of the care we offer, it helps our teams focus on people, not problems, and gives our clients a more respectful and dignified experience.

To me, “home” means safety and belonging. It’s not about the size of a place; it’s about the security it gives you. That belief guides my work every day.

Looking ahead, I want us to keep improving the way we work, giving staff better tools, and making the whole service stronger. The people we support inspire me constantly, their strength and their stories remind me why this work matters and why listening to them is so important.
