As Finance Director, my role is to ensure the organisation grows sustainably and operates with efficiency and integrity. Behind every process, budget and decision is a simple belief: everyone deserves the stability of a home and the chance to move forward with dignity. That’s why I’m passionate about creating the right conditions — operationally and financially — for people to access those opportunities.

The most rewarding part of my role is seeing individuals transition through our service into independent accommodation. Their progress is a reminder of why high standards, strong systems and responsible decision-making matter. By driving Ready4Home’s growth, I aim to expand our reach and ensure more people have a safe and secure place to call home.
