Positive or Negative.
Feedback lets us know whether we are getting things right or if we need to do things differently to improve our service.
Feedback can come from clients, tenants, external agencies or the friends and family of the people that we are supporting. We are also keen to receive feedback from our collaborators and supporters.
If you want to give some feedback that may be positive or negative and don’t want to write it down, please speak to a member of staff who will write it for you.
We will aim to get back to you to let you know the outcome within 5 working days of getting this form. If we can’t get back to you then, we will tell you why. If you want staff to help you complete the form please ask. You could also ask any other person to help you.
